Unlimited photos are provided for package A,B, and C! The actual photo count will vary with consideration to the package purchased and the size of the house and property.
An Approximation for SQFT is as follows;
For under 2000 SQFT 15-35 images, for 2000 SQFT – 4000 SQFT 30-50 images, and for 4000+ SQFT 50 – 70 images.
Photos will be sent via a link in an email. MLS sized and full resolution files/photos will be included.
Photos will be delivered by the end of the next business day.
Please give a 24-hour notice for cancelations and rescheduling. A $75 fee will be accessed if 24-hour notice is not given.
Invoice will be emailed to you via Square where you can pay with a credit or debit card.
Exterior
- Remove trashcans, and gardening tools from the exterior of property
- Coil gardening hoses neatly
- Sweep driveways and sidewalks
- Open umbrellas and set chairs and tables neatly
- Uncover pools, hot tubs, bbqs, etc.
- Remove vacuum, gates, and fences around pool
- Remove all vehicles from driveways and front of yard
Interior
- Turn on all lights, keep fans off.
- Remove personal items from rooms; toys, electronic devices (ipad) declutter as mush as possible
- Hide cords from sight
- Open window blinds/shades
- Clear all kitchen and bathroom countertops of soaps, towels, toothbrushes, shampoo, etc.
- Remove soaps from shower or tub
